The Conference Room at the Commodore Motor Inn is the perfect place to hold your next conference. It is located alongside the Belvue Restaurant and adjacent to the courtyard area, where delegates can enjoy their breaks in a relaxed outdoor setting.

The room is able to seat up to 36 people in a banquet setting and 20 people in a Ushape arrangement. Larger groups of up to 40 people can be accommodated in a theatre style. The room is serviced by reverse cycle air-conditioning, excellent down lighting and full-length glass doors and windows to allow for natural light.

The Conference Room at the Commodore is ideal for anything from training seminars, product launches, conferences, private functions and meetings.
All tables are set with fresh water and mints. Comfortable seating is provided for all delegates.

Catering is available in the restaurant, outdoor dining area or in the conference room. Set menus are available whether it is for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or just nibbles. The complex if fully licensed to all areas.
